Once you decide what all information you need to remember, prioritize them. Order them into a list. No problem if the list is fairly long as long as you keep in mind that you will advance only one to three steps a time to cover the list and that there is no instant formula to cover the whole list.

Most of us, unfortunately, work to destroy our memory. The author tells how to work to build the memory in very easy steps. Human memory can be trained to retain information, and it can also be trained to forget inormation. Unfortunately, most of us have picked up habits that unknowingly train our memory system to forget it all.
